Advice, support for refugees and migrants


Advice for refugees with mental illnesses or problems, trauma experiences, cognitive (mental) disabilities and physical disabilities or learning disabilities. Advice for refugees in difficult situations and emergencies.

We offer advice every Wednesday from 10 a.m. By appointment only.

You are welcome to visit us if:

You have a mental illness or you are unsure of it.

You have psychological stress and problems.

If you have had trauma.

You don't feel good. When you have uncomfortable feelings / thoughts.

You have a cognitive (intellectual) disability or a physical disability or a learning disability.
Perhaps you have a harder time learning than other people and you don't know why.

You do not know for sure whether you may have a disability / impairment.

You have big problems and you are in a difficult situation and you do not know what help you can get.

We can do the following for you:

We will tell you what options and help are available and we will support you in getting this help.

Together with you, we will make a wide variety of applications that are important in your situation.

We help you with problems with authorities / offices and other bodies.

We support you with conflicts and problems of all kinds.

We help you to find and apply for suitable doctors, clinics and therapies and other special aids for you.

We come with you to appointments with doctors, therapies, authorities / offices and other appointments.

We will help you find an apartment.

We support you in your job search and training search and give you advice.

We will refer you to other offices that specialize in a specific problem / concern of yours. We can also accompany you there if you wish.

We can also help you in everyday life. For example, we can come to your home and cook and talk together. We can help you learn German. We can go for walks and other things together. If you have trouble shopping on your own and can't get out of the house, we'll help you too. We are also happy to look for suitable recreational opportunities in which you can feel comfortable.

During the consultation, you can find out more about what we have to offer and then we will consider how we can best support you.
We are committed to finding a solution to your problem, even if it is difficult.

If you can't come to us, we can come to your home.

If you need an interpreter for advice, please let us know in advance. You can also bring people with you to translate for you, if you want. Relatives / friends are also welcome to come along.

If you know other people to whom our offer applies, but they cannot contact us themselves or have language problems, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will then look for a solution.
